This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employee position. Contractors remain free to operate their own businesses and accept or decline individual projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform professional residential carpet cleaning
- Pre-inspect carpeted areas and identify stains, damage, or special concerns
- Provide spot and stain treatment when included in the approved scope
- Clean stairs, hallways, bedrooms, living areas, and other approved carpeted spaces
- Move light furniture when appropriate and agreed upon
- Protect walls, flooring, and customer property while operating equipment
- Bring and maintain your own professional carpet cleaning equipment and supplies
- Take required before-and-after photographs
- Communicate arrival, delays, completion, and service concerns promptly
- Complete required service documentation
- Provide courteous and professional customer service

REQUIREMENTS
- Previous professional carpet cleaning experience
- Professional-grade carpet cleaning equipment
- Reliable transportation capable of carrying your equipment
- Smartphone with reliable internet access
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently
- General liability insurance, or willingness to obtain it before accepting assignments
- Authorization to work in the United States
COMPENSATION
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
Contractors are paid per completed project, not by the hour. The hourly amount displayed by Indeed is an estimated earning equivalent included for posting purposes. Actual compensation depends on the approved project scope, property size, service requirements, and the projects the contractor chooses to accept.
The project scope and offered contractor payment will be provided before a contractor accepts an assignment.
Work completed Monday through Sunday is scheduled for payment the following Friday by direct deposit.
