Restaurant Server/ Waitstaff
Position: Server
Location: Doylestown / Richboro
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time
We are looking for friendly, motivated, and energetic Servers to join our team. We want individuals with great personalities, strong people skills, and a passion for hospitality. We're looking for someone who is reliable, positive, works well with others, and genuinely enjoys taking care of guests.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and hospitality
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Work closely with kitchen and support staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room
- Process payments and handle transactions accurately
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great personality with a positive attitude
- Hardworking, reliable, and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
