Job Summary
The Corpus Christi Country Club is seeking a motivated and dependable Tennis Maintenance Associate to assist with the daily upkeep and presentation of our racquet sports facilities. This position plays an important role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members while supporting tennis and pickleball operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and clean tennis and pickleball courts daily
- Sweep, blow, and water courts as needed
- Maintain court equipment including nets, windscreens, and benches
- Help with general racquet facility appearance and organization
- Assist with maintenance projects around the courts and racquet shop
- Ensure courts are safe, clean, and member-ready throughout the day
- Support the racquet sports staff with event preparation and breakdown
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift and move equipment when needed
- Prior maintenance or facility experience is appreciated, but not required
Schedule
· Part-time position
· Monday through Friday
· Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
· Some flexibility may be required during tournaments or special events
Pay: $12.50 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
