We are expanding our inside sales division and looking for a relentless, hungry, and highly organized Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to drive our pipeline forward.
Job Description:
Are you a master communicator who thrives on the phone? Do you love the thrill of helping people and converting leads into a locked-in opportunities?
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be the engine of our sales team. You will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, cultivating relationships, and qualifying leads to schedule high-quality appointments for our outside listing and buyer specialists. You will be handling a massive volume of leads and working within a highly streamlined, fast-paced database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Prospecting: Make 100+ outbound calls per day to database leads, manage files, oversee department, and work closely with agents.
- Lead Cultivation: Rigorously follow up with leads, qualify their motivation, and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Appointment Setting: Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for setting qualified appointments for our real estate agents.
- CRM Management: Meticulously track and document all interactions, notes, and pipeline stages within our CRM.
- Roleplay & Mastery: Participate in daily script practice and objection-handling training to maintain a high conversion rate.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 0–2 years of inside sales, outbound telemarketing, or cold-calling experience preferred (Real estate experience or license is a major plus, but not required for the right talent).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport instantly over the phone.
- Grit & Resilience: A thick skin and a fierce work ethic. You view "No" as just one step closer to a "Yes."
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating CRM systems, dialers, and pipeline management tools.
- Coachability: A desire to learn, grow, and execute a proven system at a high level.
