We are looking for a dependable, experienced handyman to work with us on ongoing residential renovation and property maintenance projects throughout Maryland. We have a high volume of projects and are looking for someone who can handle steady work of repairs and punch-out work.
Work May Include:
- Drywall repairs and patching
- Paint touch-ups and punch-out work
- Minor plumbing work
- Minor electrical work
- Minor carpentry repairs
- Install door hardware, locks, and trim
- Caulking, grouting, and general property maintenance
What We're Looking For:
- Residential repair/renovation experience
- Ability to handle multiple types of handyman work
- Dependable transportation
- Own basic tools
- Reliable communication
- Ability to complete quality work efficiently and professionally
