Job Summary
No Scrub Pressure Washing is growing fast, and we’re looking for a high-energy, organized, and driven Office Manager to help keep our phones ringing and our schedule packed. This is a results-focused role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves talking to customers, and understands how strong office performance drives revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact—answer calls, texts, and emails with confidence and professionalism
- Convert incoming leads into booked jobs and maximize daily scheduling
- Coordinate efficiently with field technicians to keep routes full and productive
- Manage invoicing, payments, and basic office finances
- Track leads, sales, and job performance to drive weekly bonus results
- Follow up with past customers to secure reviews, repeat business, and referrals
- Keep customer records organized and accurate
- Deliver top-tier customer service from first call to final invoice
- Social media posts
- Video & photo content creation
What We’re Looking For
- Previous office management, admin, or inside sales experience preferred
- Strong phone skills and a confident, customer-focused communication style
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and detail-driven
- Comfortable using scheduling software, CRM systems, and basic accounting tools
- Able to multitask, work independently, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
- Home service or pressure washing experience is a plus—but not required
