Bella Family Dental is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Dental Assistant who is passionate about Digital Dentistry, Same-Day Dentistry, CEREC, and Smile Design and wants to become an important part of a modern, growing dental practice.
We are not looking for someone who simply wants to assist chairside.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the digital workflow, understands the importance of precision and esthetics, enjoys technology, and takes pride in helping transform a patient’s smile from the initial scan to the final restoration.

Who We Are Looking For
Our ideal candidate has real hands-on experience with digital dentistry.
Experience with Primescan and CEREC is strongly preferred.
You should be comfortable—or highly experienced—with:
- Taking accurate digital impressions/scans
- Primescan and/or CEREC workflows
- CEREC design software
- Operating a CEREC milling unit
- Same-day crown workflows
- Finishing, polishing, staining and glazing restorations
- Digital Smile Design
- iTero scanning
- Temporary fabrication
- Chairside assisting for restorative and cosmetic procedures
- Maintaining and caring for digital equipment
- Infection-control and sterilization protocols
- Clinical documentation and proper patient records

Qualifications
- Previous Dental Assistant experience required
- Digital dentistry experience strongly preferred
- CEREC and/or Primescan experience highly preferred
- Experience with same-day dentistry is a major plus
- Smile Design or cosmetic dentistry experience is a major plus
- Strong chairside assisting skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, energetic and team-oriented
- Fluent professional English communication required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$27.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and demonstrated digital dentistry skills.
