Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic General Manager - Multi-Unit Operations to lead and oversee the performance of multiple business locations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, maximizing profitability, and fostering a high-performance team environment across all units. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing complex operations, implementing data-driven strategies, and developing innovative business solutions to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to multiple operational units, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and strategic goals.
- Oversee profit & loss management, analyzing financial data to optimize revenue streams and control costs effectively.
- Work with ownership to develop and execute strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and market expansion opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop management teams across all locations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
- Utilize software analysis tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make informed decisions that drive business growth.
- Drive sales initiatives by developing business development strategies, expanding customer base, and increasing market share.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively through robust project management practices to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners to enhance brand reputation and customer loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements across all units.
Requirements
- 5+ years of restaurant, brewery, or hospitality management experience with a focus on multi-unit operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with established hospitality corporations preferred
- Able to engage and participate in mutual constructive feedback with ownership and staff
- Proven expertise in profit & loss analysis, financial management, and strategic planning.
- Strong proficiency in Excel data analysis for tracking performance metrics and supporting decision-making processes.
- Demonstrated success in project management, process improvement initiatives, and business development activities.
- Exceptional team management skills with experience leading management-level teams and developing high-performing staff.
- Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively convey goals, expectations, and feedback at all organizational levels; fosters a positive team culture built on respect, integrity, active listening, and continuous improvement
- Deep understanding of operational management principles and customer service excellence.
- Ability to analyze data for insights that inform strategic decisions while maintaining focus on operational efficiency.
- Leadership qualities that inspire innovation, foster collaboration, and promote a positive workplace culture.
- Experience supervising multiple teams across diverse locations with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Passion for hospitality, craft beer, community, and creating exceptional guest experiences
- Experience developing and implementing bar service offerings
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays required
