What You'll Do
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help individuals improve independence, daily living skills, and functional abilities by:
- Conducting comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans that promote independence and quality of life
- Providing engaging therapy services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings
- Monitoring progress and modifying treatment plans to maximize outcomes
- Conducting home and community evaluations and developing home exercise programs
- Collaborating closely with physicians, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation
Specialty Opportunities
Expand your clinical expertise while working alongside experienced clinicians in areas such as:
- Custom wheelchair evaluations
- Adaptive and durable medical equipment (DME)
- Pediatric feeding services in collaboration with Speech Therapy
- Community-based occupational therapy services
- Telehealth therapy
- Assistive technology evaluations
What We're Looking For
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Arizona Occupational Therapist license in good standing
- At least one year of experience in human services
- Pediatric and/or assistive technology experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, adaptable, and patient-centered approach
