Pastry Chef / Bakery Cook
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented pastry cook to join our kitchen team. This role focuses on daily production of doughs, pastries, custards, and gelato bases, with consistency and execution as the priority.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage doughs for baked goods and pastry items
- Produce pastries, desserts, and custards to spec
- Prepare gelato bases and assist with production as needed
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portioning, and presentation
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Assist with prep planning and inventory as needed
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in a bakery or pastry role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to follow recipes and systems precisely
- Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Team-oriented with a solid work ethic
Compensation
