Supervisor/Lead Garage Door Installer – Immediate Opening
Pleasant Grove, UT
We’re looking for an experienced Garage Door Installer who can step in and install doors independently from day one. Applicants without prior garage door installation experience will not be considered.
Short term: Focus on garage door installation.
Long term: This role will transition into more of a Lead Installer/Team Supervisor position, with the opportunity to build and lead your own installation team, train and manage installers, help with scheduling and quality control, and installing doors when needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of garage door installation experience required
- Must be able to confidently install residential garage doors independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift heavy doors and work in all weather conditions
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
