In this role, you'll operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards while maintaining strict quality, safety, and production standards. You'll be responsible for setting up and monitoring production runs, making routine machine adjustments, inspecting product quality, documenting production data, and helping ensure finished products meet customer specifications and on-time delivery requirements.

Required Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 3+ year of experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment operation preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Operate slitter equipment to produce high-quality trading cards that meet production and quality standards
- Review job instructions and follow production schedules accurately
- Make routine machine and feeder adjustments to maintain productivity and quality
- Inspect product samples throughout the shift and document results
- Communicate job status and equipment conditions during shift changes
- Record production, downtime, and job details in manufacturing systems
- Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet on-time delivery goals
Pay: $26.00 per hour
