Duties
- Install audiovisual equipment including displays, projectors, sound systems, and control systems according to schematics and technical specifications
- Conduct cabling and wiring using hand tools and low voltage techniques to ensure reliable connections
- Troubleshoot software issues and hardware malfunctions across AV systems, lighting sytems, shading and home networks
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on installed systems to guarantee optimal performance
- Interact with customers, builders and other trades in a professional manner.
- Read and interpret provided documentation, and shop drawings for precise installation and troubleshooting
- Postive attitude, willing to take on any task.
- Collaborate with clients and team members during field service visits to address technical needs efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of installations, service calls, repairs, and system configurations
- Lighting systems, understanding low voltage design and termination.
- Shading systems.
- Rack building and equipment configuration, exceptional wire management.
- Proficiency with computers, software and computer hardware.
Experience
- 3+ years experience required
- Proven experience with electrical systems, telecommunication wiring, or low voltage cabling in a field service setting
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware setup and software troubleshooting within AV environments
- Mechanical knowledge related to equipment installation and system maintenance
- Familiarity with Lighting and Shades
- Ability to use hand tools effectively for installation tasks
- Prior work involving maintenance of audiovisual or electronic systems is required.(Car Audio technican is a plus for the home industry.)

Pay: $28.00 - $45.00 per hour
