We're growing and looking for an outstanding Customer Service Agent to join our team.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients every day. You'll answer questions, assist with policy changes, review coverages, solve problems, and identify opportunities to better protect our clients through additional insurance solutions.
This position combines customer service and sales in a relationship-focused environment.
What You'll DoCustomer Service
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails.
- Assist clients with policy changes and coverage questions.
- Process endorsements, billing inquiries, and certificates.
- Help clients navigate claims by providing guidance and support.
- Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
- Review client policies to ensure they have the right protection.
Sales
- Quote new Personal Lines insurance.
- Cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, life, and other insurance products.
- Follow up on referrals and inbound leads.
- Identify opportunities to improve clients' coverage while helping grow the agency.
Technology You'll Use
We're a technology driven agency that values efficiency and communication. You'll work with tools including:
- Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Meet)
- EZLynx Agency Management System
- Carrier quoting systems
- VoIP phone system

Insurance experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Qualifications
Preferred:
- Indiana Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain one)
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
