As an integral part of the Central Perk experience, our Retail Sales and Experience Associates are key in blending the nostalgia of Friends with an exceptional shopping environment. Central Perk, the cafe inspired by the iconic TV series, is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to manage and drive sales within our established retail operation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume setting.
- Tracking and maintaining inventory standards.
- Greeting customers and keeping vibes high.
- Stocking and replenishing retail merchandise.
- Cash handling.
- Driving sales on shift.
- Managing lines and facilitating order throughout our in-store photo areas.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least two years of customer service experience (preferably in retail/food service).
- Outgoing and self motivated personality.
- Experience working with inventory responsibilities preferred.
- Being a fan of “Friends” is a plus.
