We help homeowners simplify the process of finding reliable painters while helping quality painting companies receive qualified opportunities. We are building a team of motivated independent sales representatives who want the opportunity to earn based on performance and grow with a developing company. Position Overview: HomeBridge Partners is looking for Independent Sales Representatives to help identify homeowners who may be interested in residential painting projects. This is a relationship-building and lead generation role. You will not be responsible for estimating projects, managing contractors, or closing painting contracts. Your focus is creating opportunities by connecting with homeowners who may have upcoming painting needs. Responsibilities: - Speak with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods - Identify homeowners interested in painting projects - Create positive first interactions and build trust - Collect basic homeowner information: - Name - Contact information - Property address - General interest in painting services - Submit qualified opportunities to the HomeBridge Partners team - Maintain accurate lead records Ideal Candidate: - Comfortable speaking with homeowners - Strong communication skills - Self-motivated and reliable - Goal-oriented and competitive - Previous experience in sales, real estate, customer service, construction, or canvassing is a plus - Ability to work independently Compensation: - 1099 Independent Contractor - Performance-based compensation - Earn a percentage of revenue generated from completed projects sourced by you - Unlimited earning potential based on results Growth Opportunities: Top-performing representatives may have opportunities to advance into leadership roles, including Sales Manager positions.
