The Campbell County Senior Center is seeking a motivated, organized, and forward-thinking Transportation Manager to oversee and grow our transportation program serving seniors, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and the community.
This leadership role is responsible for managing daily transportation operations, supervising staff, maintaining fleet compliance, supporting grant and regulatory requirements, and helping expand transportation services throughout Campbell County.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily transportation operations and scheduling
- Supervise drivers and transportation staff
- Ensure compliance with WYDOT, FTA, and safety regulations
- Coordinate fleet maintenance, inspections, and vehicle readiness
- Assist with budgeting, reporting, and grant compliance
- Support dispatch operations and route planning
- Promote transportation services and community outreach
- Maintain accurate operational and regulatory documentation
- Participate in strategic planning and program growth initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Transportation, logistics, fleet management, or public transit experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Experience
- Working with seniors or community service programs
- Public transit or grant-funded program knowledge
- Customer service and public outreach experience
