We are currently seeking a Lead Carpenter to join our team. As a Lead Carpenter at PR Design Build, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing construction projects, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and client satisfaction. Your expertise and leadership will contribute to our continued success and reputation for excellence.
We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing all carpentry projects, from the initial planning and design stages to the completion of the job. The Lead Carpenter will also be responsible for ensuring that all carpentry work is done in accordance with safety regulations and building codes. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled carpenter to take on a leadership role and make a real impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Plan layout and installation of carpentry projects.
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware.
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood or other materials.
- Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
- Demolition at the beginning of a project
- Light framing
- Window/door installation
- Punch list items at the end of a project
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
