Job Summary:
We are seeking a positively minded person with the interest and drive to learn bartending & join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. If you have a passion for mixology, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on creating memorable experiences for customers, we want to hear from you.
Full bar training will be provided. No experience in this position is necessary! Please bring a positive attitude and an interest in learning a new skill.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate customer needs
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and cash register operations
