The Tidy Ozark Cleaning Co. — House Cleaner (1099 Independent Contractor)
Serving Bentonville, Rogers, Pea Ridge, Springdale, and Fayetteville
Pay: [$65–$200] flat rate per job, plus 100% of your tips
The Tidy Ozark Cleaning Co. is a growing Northwest Arkansas residential cleaning company, and we are looking for experienced house cleaners to take on jobs across the area.
This is independent contractor (1099) work, not an employee position. You use your own supplies, you choose which jobs you take, and you keep every dollar of your tips. We bring in the customers, handle the booking, and manage all customer communication so you can focus on the cleaning.
What we offer
- Flat rate per job, disclosed before you accept it — you know exactly what a job pays before you say yes
- 100% of your tips
- Paid by Bank Deposit or Zelle within 1–2 business days of the job
- You set your own availability and accept only the jobs that work for you

What we're looking for
- 1+ year of residential cleaning experience
- Your own cleaning supplies, vacuum, and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone with texting
- General liability insurance — we can point you to providers if you don't have it yet
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and professional
Straight talk about where we are
We're an early-stage company, which cuts both ways. We currently have jobs we can't cover, so there's work available right now. Volume will build as our customer base grows rather than starting at full capacity. We're looking for cleaners who want to grow with us, not people who need forty hours next week.
