As a fully licensed and insured company, we are looking for an experienced Moving Supervisor / Lead Mover who takes pride in leading by example and ensuring every move runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do
As the Moving Supervisor, you will oversee every aspect of each move while working alongside your crew.
Responsibilities
- Supervise residential and commercial moving crews from start to finish
- Review and verify customer paperwork, invoices, and job details before beginning each move
- Ensure the appropriate moving equipment and supplies are loaded before departing
- Lead, motivate, and direct crew members throughout the move
- Safely load, transport, and unload customer belongings
- Protect customer property using proper packing, wrapping, and moving techniques
- Operate moving equipment including dollies, hand trucks, furniture pads, straps, and ramps
- Drive a 26-foot box truck (non-CDL)
- Maintain accurate inventory of customer belongings throughout the move
- Communicate professionally with customers and answer questions during the moving process
- Handle furniture assembly and disassembly using hand tools and low-power drills
- Ensure company safety procedures are followed at all times
- Complete moves efficiently while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or crew lead experience
- Previous professional moving experience required
- Experience driving a 26-foot box truck (Non-CDL) preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems under pressure
- Comfortable using hand tools and low-power drills
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy furniture and equipment
- Experience moving oversized or specialty items such as pianos is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
