River View Nursing and Rehab is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for the evening shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly report changes
Accurately document nursing care and interventions
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and care teams
Promote resident dignity, safety, and overall well-being
Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
