Property & Pool Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)
Location: Formosa Gardens Estates, Kissimmee, FL
Schedule: Tuesday–Sunday | 7:30 AM start (flexibility required)

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Property & Pool Maintenance Technician to maintain our pools, outdoor areas, and luxury homes. This role goes beyond pool cleaning—you'll help keep our properties guest-ready by identifying maintenance issues early, completing preventative maintenance, and assisting with general property upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily pool and spa servicing, water testing, and chemical balancing.
- Weekly deep cleaning of pools, filters, decks, BBQs, and outdoor furniture.
- Inspect pool equipment and report maintenance issues.
- Carry out minor property maintenance, including replacing light bulbs, AC filters, batteries, touch-up painting, and basic repairs.
- Complete property inspections and identify issues before they impact guests.
- Maintain accurate pool books, digital checklists, photographs, and daily updates using Connecteam.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work.
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
- Good communication and basic mobile technology skills.
- Pool maintenance experience is preferred but not essential—we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required.
