What You'll Do

Greet service customers and identify vehicle concerns
-
Create accurate repair orders and service estimates
-
Review maintenance needs, pricing, and repair timelines
-
Obtain customer approval for recommended repairs
-
Coordinate repair progress with Service Technicians
-
Keep customers updated through vehicle delivery
What You'll Bring
-
1+ years of experience in automotive service, dealership operations, customer service, or a related customer-facing role
-
Manage repair orders, service estimates, and customer authorizations
-
Comfortable explaining vehicle maintenance recommendations, pricing, and service timelines to customers
-
Coordinate multiple active repair orders between customers and Automotive Service Technicians
-
Familiarity with dealership management systems such as CDK, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar software
-
Working knowledge of basic automotive repair terminology, and multi-point inspections
-
Maintain accurate customer, vehicle, and service documentation in a service department
-
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
