Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Oversee operations of 18 OR suites
Lead team of ~100 FTEs with support of 2 ANMs
Ensure efficient surgical workflow, staffing, and patient safety
Drive quality, compliance, and performance initiatives
Collaborate with surgeons and interdisciplinary leadership
Requirements:
Strong Operating Room leadership experience (required)
Previous management/supervisory experience preferred
Active RN license (state requirements apply)
BLS/ACLS (as required by facility)
