Job Summary
We are hiring a Spravato Clinic & Project Assistant to support daily clinic operations in a fast-paced outpatient healthcare setting. This role includes patient support, scheduling, administrative tasks, and data entry.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and working on multiple, interacting with patients, and performing a mix of support and administrative work.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Enter and update patient information in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Perform basic data entry and maintain records
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient questions
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks
- Support with other projects
- Duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- At least 3 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace)
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable, professional, and punctual

- $40,000–$55,000 annually ($19.23–$26.44/hour)
