Ticknors Men's Clothier, a family-owned retailer with 13 upscale men's clothing stores, is seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager for one of our Chicago-area locations. We specialize in providing exceptional service and helping men look and feel their best through premium apparel, custom clothing, and personalized styling.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive store performance and consistently exceed sales goals through personal leadership and accountability.
- Create a culture centered around client relationships, repeat business, and wardrobe solutions.
- Recruit, train, and mentor top talent while fostering a positive and energetic work environment.
- Maintain outstanding visual presentation and uphold the standards of an upscale retail environment.
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and expense control.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and become a trusted style advisor within the community.
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in retail management, specialty retail, or commission-based sales.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- A passion for customer service and relationship selling.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- A professional appearance and appreciation for men's fashion and style.
- Experience in apparel, luxury goods, custom clothing, or related industries is preferred.
