What you will do
Ensures processes are developed and secured with the goals of meeting the Professional Maintenance theories and applications, according to the VPS standards (World Class Manufacturing based). Provide leadership and guidance across a sectional level within the Operations Maintenance business functions fostering a continuous improvement culture focused on loss reduction, waste elimination, employee engagement, and application of lean theories.
We are looking for
A Maintenance Engineer with strong motivation and engagement to drive a continuous improvement philosophy (human, material, intellectual, and financial) to deliver decided projects at agreed targets. We are a three-shift operation and support beyond first shift is necessary on occasion.
Must haves:
- Must have large industrial equipment experience
- Automotive experience is a huge plus but he will look at people who have worked in industries that work on large assembly lines. He said like a food manufacturer or smaller equipment will not work.
- Majority of the job is maintaining the automotive equipment.
