Evening shift hours 4p-12a. We are looking for a competent personal care assistant to support physically or mentally challenged clients in their everyday lives. Tasks include cleaning, passing medication, serving food. Training in Level One Medication Aide Certification will be provided. Experience in housekeeping tasks and caring for others will make you a strong candidate.
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients receive their medication on time
- Do necessary housekeeping to maintain a clean environment
- Help clients dress, bathe, eat etc.
- Provide emotional support
- Inform physicians or supervisors about uncommon events
- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Skills
- Proven experience as personal care assistant
- Committed to health & safety
- Able to do housework and cooking
- Well-organized and reliable
- CPR certified
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license
Pay: From $15.25 per hour
