Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. This position offers competitive wages and 401K. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment.

- Perform accurate data entry for accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Process and maintain subcontractor paperwork, including collecting required documentation and ensuring all files are complete and up to date.
- Assist with general administrative duties and provide support for the daily operations of the office.
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable or administrative experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
