Job Summary
The Warehouse Operations Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving warehouse systems and processes to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient handling of regulated products. This role oversees inbound receiving, inspection, storage, inventory control, and order fulfillment while maintaining strict adherence to product handling requirements and company quality standards. The position plays a key role in inventory reconciliation, ERP-based product dispositioning, and daily operational oversight, ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service objectives are consistently met. Services are performed primarily at the Company’s Georgia warehouse, with additional records-related and operational tasks assigned as needed by management.
Responsibilities
- Develop warehouse operations systems by following product handling and storage requirements.
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming shipments.
- Routine product reconciliation at defined intervals.
- Order fulfillment including identifying appropriate grafts and dispositioning products within the inventory ERP system.
- Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
- Review and prepare action plans that meet company standards for productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Services will be performed primarily at the Company’s Georgia warehouse as operationally required.
- Other assigned, records-related tasks as assigned by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
