Position: Warehouse Assembly Associate
Location: Dupont, WA
Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $18/hour
Experience: Previous related warehouse experience. Comfortable with a heavy hands position.
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm (First day start time of 9:00am)
Logic Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Assembly Associate to join our team!
Job Description:
- Place metal framing sides into a large frame.

Once the pieces are laid, machine staple the wood.

Move frame onto cart.

Assemble mattress components by working alongside a team member on the production line.

Remove spring units from a conveyor system and apply the first layer of foam using a hot glue gun.

Stack completed units onto pallets for the next stage of production.

Follow all safety procedures and wear provided personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and protective arm sleeves.

Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work area while meeting production goals.
Position Requirements:

Steel-toed shoes are required.

Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Ability to keep up with fast-paced environments.
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, and reach for the duration of the shift.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
