Summary:
Setting and tagging service merchandise departments according to plan-o-gram or customer request. Filling in as needed for Service Sales Reps who are on vacation or unable to work. This is for Fort Stockton, TX and surrounding areas.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities are as follows: Other duties may be assigned.
- Reset service merchandise departments according to plan-o-gram and tagging the department.
- Write up the credits for product not used in the store reset.
- Ability to fill in as needed for vacations and open routes when a service sales rep is out and this includes stocking and re-ordering product for stores on a predetermined route.
- Respond to special request and needs.
- Ability to learn and apply accrued knowledge of GSC product and movement.
- Self-starter, personable and well organized.
- Must be willing to travel.
- Must maintain vehicle insurance coverage of 100-300-100.
- Must have a valid motor vehicle driver license and must maintain an acceptable driving record.

Education and/or Experience:
GSC provided on the job training. Prefer an individual with merchandising experience and knowledge of GSC product.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest and commissions.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
