Position Summary
We are hiring friendly, dependable, and hardworking Restaurant Team Members to assist with front-of-house and kitchen operations.
Depending on experience and business needs, team members may work as cashiers, cooks, food-prep employees, or customer-service team members.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments
- Prepare menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Follow food-safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures
- Maintain a clean dining room, kitchen, restroom, and work area
- Restock ingredients, packaging, sauces, and supplies
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with managers and other team members
- Work efficiently during busy periods
- Follow all company policies and manager instructions
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or customer-service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with others
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Must be available for some evenings and weekends
- Food Handler Certification is preferred or must be obtained after hiring
