As an Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate and treat children with developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, fine motor deficits, self-care needs, feeding concerns, and other functional limitations while working alongside a collaborative team of professionals who share a passion for helping children reach their fullest potential.

Evaluate pediatric clients and develop individualized occupational therapy plans of care.

Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with developmental delays, neurological disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, sensory processing disorders, feeding challenges, and other diagnoses.

Address fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, self-care skills, activities of daily living, emotional regulation, handwriting, feeding, and overall functional independence.

Complete evaluations, treatment plans, progress reports, reassessments, daily documentation, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.

Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with Florida law and professional practice standards, when applicable.

Educate and train parents and caregivers to encourage carryover of therapeutic activities in the home environment.

Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), physicians, schools, and other professionals involved in each child's care.

Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Medicaid requirements, company policies, and all applicable federal and state regulations.

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

Maintain productivity and documentation standards established by the organization.

Promote a positive, collaborative, and family-centered approach to care.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Florida Occupational Therapist license in good standing.

Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Commitment to providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based pediatric care.

Pediatric occupational therapy experience.
-
Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Experience with sensory integration, feeding therapy, emotional regulation, and activities of daily living.

Knowledge of Medicaid documentation requirements.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
New graduates and experienced Occupational Therapists are encouraged to apply!

Ability to move throughout the clinic while providing therapy services.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, squat, and actively engage with pediatric clients throughout the workday.

Ability to safely lift or assist children weighing up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

Ability to participate in floor play, sensory activities, feeding interventions, and movement-based therapy sessions.
