Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a wide range of accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will support the organization’s financial health by performing precise data entry, account reconciliation, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and possesses strong technical accounting skills to handle complex financial systems and software.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger activities.
- Prepare and post accurate journal entries, accruals, and adjusting entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts, balance sheet accounts, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP, IFRS, or applicable healthcare accounting standards.
- Process vendor invoices, verify payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Generate customer invoices and monitor collections to improve cash flow.
- Manage payroll accounting, employee reimbursements, and payroll reconciliations.
- Monitor inventory accounting for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment.
- Collaborate with finance, procurement, operations, and clinical departments to support business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial records and sensitive patient-related financial information.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
- Collaborated with procurement, HR, and operations departments to support financial activities.
