As we continue to expand our Life & Retirement division, we're looking for an organized, proactive, and customer-focused Onboarding Specialist, to ensure every new client has a seamless experience and is successfully connected with our licensed specialists.
Position Summary
The Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in our client journey. Your chief mission is to successfully onboard new clients, and schedule qualified Life & Retirement appointments for our licensed specialists.
You'll serve as the bridge between our P&C clients and our Life & Retirement team, ensuring clients understand the value of a comprehensive financial protection review while creating a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, works for positive outcomes/ results and helping clients take the next step toward protecting their financial future.
