What You’ll Do
- Lead with energy and inspire your crew to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Coach and develop team members so they can crush every shift with confidence.
- Delegate tasks with purpose - then follow up to ensure excellence.
- Set performance expectations and ensure training stays sharp and consistent.
- Jump into action to resolve guest or crew issues quickly and professionally.
- Spot opportunities for improvement and help elevate the facility and operations.
- Maintain top-tier standards in cleanliness, safety, and overall park experience.
- Hold the team accountable to our goals - safety, service, and sales.
- Communicate clearly and confidently so everyone stays on the same page.
What You Bring
- 18+ years old
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Confident communicator and enthusiastic leader
- Passion for people and creating memorable experiences
- 1+ year experience as Shift Manager, Supervisor, or similar
- Strong training and development mindset
- Comfortable with business software; proficient in Microsoft Office
- Able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation to commute
