Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Manage multi-line phone systems, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
- Maintain detailed records using hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms
- Ensure adherence to hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
- Support night audit processes by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed
- Foster excellent guest relations by offering personalized service and anticipating guest needs
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of hotel management software such as OPERA or comparable systems
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols
- Excellent phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and tact
- Previous experience in resort settings or with hotel experience is highly desirable
