Description
Camshaft Machine Company a leader in the manufacturing of camshafts in the racing and aftermarket industries is looking for a CNC Machinist: Grinders, Lathes, Mills, Heat Treat setup and operate. Will train individuals with exceptional work history. This position has significant advancement opportunities due to company growth and retirements in the next 1 – 5 years.
Experience
Ability to read process sheets, blueprints and specifications in order to modify programs, machine speeds and feed rates.
Strong math skills
Will train candidates with excellent work history
Compensation
Starting wage based on experience and increases with programming skills and experience. Plus great benefits including Health Plan, Dental, Vision, 401K match, STD, LTD, Life Insurance and Tuition Reimbursement.

Attendance and performance bonuses (over $1,000 paid out in 2025)
1st shift is 5 days a week with some Saturdays.
3rd shift is 4 tens (9:30 PM - 8:00 AM) starting Monday night finishing the week Friday morning.
