You’ll be at the forefront of communication, helping people stay connected through customer-facing brand awareness and promotional sales strategies. You will promote Frontier's services, engage with new customers and help individuals find the right solutions based on their needs.
Key Responsibilities of a Entry Level Brand Ambassador:
- Promote Frontier and Verizon's telecommunications services to increase brand recognition and drive sales
- Engage directly with customers to promote and explain available services, plans and promotions
- Help customers choose appropriate telecommunications solutions by recommending solutions that best fit their needs and lifestyle
- Assist with new customer enrollments and service set up
- Deliver outstanding brand experiences by remaining professional, transparent and clear while establishing a genuine rapport with the customer
- Resolve billing, account, and service-related inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Frontier’s latest technology and offerings as well as the new acquisition between Verizon and Frontier that occurred earlier this year
