*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SALON OR BEAUTY INDUSTRY*
Selfish: A Tyler Timothy Salon is looking for a a Full-Time Receptionist/Salon Manager who is diligent, responsible, and has an approachable attitude and personality. Someone passionate and dedicated to ensuring all clients have a luxurious experience. Must provide and maintain a superior level of client service standards and create a welcoming and relaxing environment.
General Responsibilities:
- Be on time for a shift and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record
- Properly open and close salon daily according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Answer phone promptly and use client's name during conversation
- Provide detailed descriptions of services and hours of operation
- Accurately book, change and cancel salon appointments with our booking system
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves salon
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area
- 1+ years of hospitality experience (i.e. restaurant, retail, hotel, salon/spa, etc.) preferred.
