Responsibilities
· Provide companionship, personal care, and emotional support to clients in their homes.
· Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medication reminders.
· Support clients with mobility and personal hygiene needs as appropriate.
· Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure the highest quality of care.
· Document client progress and any changes in health status accurately.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
What You Bring:
- Ability to work three full weekends per month ( Saturday and Sunday) or every Saturday or every Sunday.
- Genuine desire to serve and care for others.
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) PCA, CNA or NA preferred but not required — we provide training.
- Dependable, compassionate, and respectful attitude.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must pass background screening and have reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with geriatric care and the needs of older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
