We're growing, and we're looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber who wants to plant roots somewhere they'll actually be valued, not just be a number on a dispatch board.
What You'll Do
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems across residential and light commercial projects
- Perform service and tech calls, diagnosing issues and presenting solutions to customers clearly and professionally
- Earn commission on sales generated from your service calls — your expertise pays off directly
- Read blueprints and schematics to execute plumbing layouts accurately
- Use hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment to complete work efficiently
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety standards
- Represent Cupertino Plumbing with professionalism and care on every job

What We're Looking For
- Journeyman-level experience in plumbing (licensure not required)
- Valid driver's license — required, non-negotiable
- Experience in residential plumbing; light commercial experience a plus
- Comfortable with service/tech calls and talking through options with homeowners
- Solid troubleshooting skills and a self-sufficient work ethic
- Someone who wants to be part of a team, not just punch a clock
Pay: $37.00 - $57.00 per hour
