We're looking for a Manufacturing Production Planner to own daily production schedules, coordinate with supervisors, monitor capacity and material availability, and help drive on-time delivery in a precision manufacturing operation of approximately 140 employees.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to keep priorities aligned and the shop running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing
· Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules
· Release and manage work orders through the ERP system
· Monitor production capacity, bottlenecks, and material availability
· Work directly with manufacturing supervisors to resolve scheduling issues
· Track production performance, on-time delivery, and planning metrics
· Adjust schedules as customer priorities change
· Coordinate engineering changes and production expedites
· Help improve planning processes and manufacturing efficiency
What We're Looking For
· 2-5 years of production planning or scheduling experience in manufacturing
· Experience using an ERP system (SAP is a plus)
· Comfortable working on the production floor with supervisors and operations
· Experience tracking KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, schedule attainment, production efficiency, or related manufacturing metrics
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
· Manufacturing mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
