What You'll Do
You'll create a warm, seamless, and professional arrival experience for every member and guest.
Be the Warm Welcome

Greet members and guests warmly and graciously

Provide menus and introduce their server

Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
Manage the Flow of the Dining Room

Seat guests efficiently and according to rotation
-
Record names, party sizes, and wait times
-
Maintain the reservation list and manage incoming calls
-
Communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to keep service smooth
Support the Guest Experience

Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction

Respond to questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism

Share information about specials and features
-
Relay messages to the service team as needed

Qualifications
