Position Summary
The Property Claims Estimator converts field inspection data into accurate, compliant property damage estimates while maintaining service-level expectations and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept assignments within Xactimate.
- Review photos, sketches, policy information, and documentation.
- Follow established scope sheets and checklists.
- Create estimates and Statements of Loss within 24 hours.
- Upload completed estimates to Xactimate.
- Ensure estimates meet quality and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Florida insurance license and appointment required.
- Minimum three years of estimating experience.
- Advanced Xactimate proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Florida insurance regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Pay: $525 per day
