StretchLab Memorial is seeking passionate Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Yoga/Pilates/Dance Instructors who are ready to grow their careers in one of the fastest-growing areas of fitness and wellness: assisted stretching.

Requirements:

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

Encourage, motivate, and educate clients throughout each session

Build and retain a strong client base through membership sales and relationship building
Client Experience & Retention

Deliver a best-in-class stretching experience every session
-
Book and manage recurring appointments
-
Maintain accurate and consistent client notes
-
Maximize client utilization through follow-ups, renewals, and outreach
Studio Operations
-
Ensure client safety by following proper stretch techniques and studio policies

Assist with studio tours and sales alongside the Sales Associates and General Manager

Handle member concerns professionally when needed

Maintain an active social media presence to support engagement and retention

Clean and maintain equipment to ensure a safe and professional environment

Attend required staff meetings and ongoing education sessions

Passion for boutique fitness, mobility, and helping people feel their best

Preferred backgrounds:
- Massage Therapy
- Personal Training
- Physical Therapy
- Yoga or Pilates Instruction
- Fitness certification required

Experience in a hands-on fitness or wellness environment

Strong communication skills and high emotional intelligence

Ability to create a positive, welcoming environment for all clients

Passion for building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals

Must be available to complete our Flexologist™ Training Program, which includes:
- ~20 hours of online coursework
- 2 days of in-person, hands-on training
