Position: Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: Hialeah, FL
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 annually

Position Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and overall operational performance. This role will focus on identifying process gaps, implementing Lean manufacturing practices, and driving measurable improvements across production and supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate is analytical, data-driven, and hands-on, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement sustainable process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities
- Lead and implement Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Utilize tools such as Value Stream Mapping, root cause analysis, and data modeling
- Collect and interpret production data to identify trends and performance gaps
- Develop and deliver training programs on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools
- Partner with leadership to drive alignment, accountability, and process standardization
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on improving cost, quality, delivery, safety, and morale
- Support new product development initiatives through process optimization
- Promote a culture of efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Communicate findings, strategies, and results clearly to stakeholders at all levels
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement / Lean manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools
- Experience in operations or supply chain management
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional improvement projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Experience training teams on Lean methodologies preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
