Beelman Truck Co. is currently hiring a second shift Welder for our terminal located in East St Louis, IL 62205. Monday thru Friday 3:00pm – 11:30pm and every 3rd Saturday 7:00am – 3:30pm.
WE REQUIRE:
- 5 years of documented experience in Welding and Fabrication work preferred
- High level of competence and experience with fabrication and repair with all types of manufactured trailers.
- Perform Tarp and Tarp mechanism repairs
- Perform lighting and lighting wire repairs
- Advanced Oxygen and Acetylene cutting and welding knowledge
- Advanced both in aluminum and steel welding
- Basic fabrication skills necessary
- Willing and able to learn and utilize our Maintenance Software program in its entirety for equipment maintenance history, warranty processing and customer billing.
- Employee must provide individual hand and air tools required to perform his daily duties; all specialized repair and diagnostic tooling will be provided.
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Must be a willing team player capable of learning and following directions.
- Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
WE OFFER:
- $25 - $30/hr. based on experience
- Eligible for 5% weekly bonus incentive.
